CHECK IN
Upon arrival you may check in after 3 o’clock in the afternoon. We request that you inform us by phone when you arrive at the airport so that we are informed of your approximate time of arrival. If you are traveling by car please call us when you are near Valencia. We would like to personally welcome you, show you around and of course fully inform you. If you expect to arrive past 7 o’clock in the evening we would appreciate it if you will inform us of this ahead of time.
At your arrival you have to pay cash the in the rental agreement mentioned additional costs, otherwise the keys will not be transferred. 

CHECK OUT
On the day of your departure you are to check out before 10 o’clock in the morning. We will inspect the property with you before you depart.
If you leave at a time (before 8 clock in the morning), that we cannot check the house, then the deposit, less deduction of missing or damaged issues, will be refunded within 1 week in your bank account.
