Casa Catherina is an attractive villa in Moorish style and situated between Calpe and Moraira. The decor is tasteful Spanish character and the property is situated on a plot of 1400 m2. The villa offers facilities for up to 6 people and has a kidneyshaped pool, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, garage, roof terrace and covered patio.

In the cozy living / dining room has a spacious sofa and an armchair.
A sattelite TV, DVD player with movies, stereo system with CDs and ADSL connection for wireless internet (WIFI).
A dining table with 6 Spanish chairs.
The kitchen is fully equipped and includes: hood, microwave, stove with grill, gas stove, toaster, Senseo coffee machine, fridge freezer and dishwasher.
The villa has three bedrooms: one large room with a double bed and a bathroom en-suite.
2 bedrooms with 2 single beds. The bedrooms have fitted wardrobes with plenty of storage space. In every bedroom there is a big fan.
2 Bathrooms, one with bath directly next to the bedroom, obviously with both a shower and wash basins. Moreover, there is also a poolside outdoor shower.

Outside:
A kidney shaped pool to make your stay complete. There is an outdoor shower and around the pool are 6 sunbeds and umbrellas.
On the covered terrace you can overlook the pool. There is a dining table with 6 chairs to enjoy breakfast and lunch at the pool.
In the large Mediterranean garden with cacti and yucca, pine and palm trees is adequate shade. BBQ with garden furniture.
In the garage is enough room to park a car. For the sporty types there are two mountain bikes to use for shopping, or for the really well-trained cyclists to go to the mountains.
