According to the World Health Organization the Costa Blanca has the most agreeable climate in Europe, with 320 days per year of sunshine. The climate is pleasant for people who suffer from asthma, rheumatoid arthritis or gout. The Costa Blanca is therefore also referred to as the Florida of Europe.
