THIS SECTION IS DESIGNATED FOR HOME OWNERS WHO WOULD LIKE TO LET OUT THEIR PROPERTY BY OLTARENT!- Oltarent will represent the proprietor in the rental agreement and mail it to the holiday renter for signing.
- Oltarent will assure that the rental agreement is received signed by the renter and is processed into Oltarents bookkeeping. Reservations will immediately be added to Oltarents reservations agenda.
- Oltarent will represent the proprietor and collect the rent: 30% upon reserving the holiday rental, the remaining amount 6 weeks before the reserved rental period.
- Upon receipt of the first payment, Oltarent will keep the homeowner informed of all realized rental bookings by sending an email to the address given by the homeowner on the moment the first payment is received. (The renter will by that time have signed the rental agreement and deposited the down payment.)
- Upon receipt of the final payment by the renter to Oltarent the entire amount minus the Oltarent fee will be transferred to the homeowner’s bank account within 7 days of the stay by the renter.
- In the event of changes that no longer correspond to what is represented on the site, the homeowner must immediately bring this to the attention of Oltarent. Oltarent will then change the information on the website.
- In the event the homeowner does not want to rent to certain individuals, the homeowner will in writing notify Oltarent about this.
- The homeowner may rent out the holiday property or use it for their accommodation but will notify Oltarent well in advance so that the reservation calendar can be adjusted. If a reservation made by renters has been registered in the booking calendar and the owner wishes to make a reservation for himself, the already registered reservation will have priority.
- In the event the owner can not or will not (not including circumstance beyond ones control) hold himself to the rental agreement, the owner shall owe the renter adequate compensation. The amount of compensation depends on the moment that Oltarent is informed: 50% of the agreed upon rental sum 6 months before the first rental day, 60% before 5 months, 70% before 4 months, 80% before 3 months, 90% before 2 months and 100% before 1 month and 120% within 1 month of the first rental day. Circumstances beyond ones control are loss of property through fire, earthquake or flood.
