Rental period
During the high season the rental period runs from Saturday to Saturday. Arrival is between 3 o’clock in the afternoon and 7 o’clock in the evening. Departure is before 10 o’clock in the morning. During the remaining seasons the rental period may commence on any given day upon consultation.
If you arrive later than 7 o'clock in the evening or want to leave before 8 o'clock in the morning you have to mention this by booking.

Security Deposit
Upon arrival the security deposit (see rental agreement) must be paid. The security deposit will be returned to you after inspection of the property. If you leave at a time which makes the final inspection not possible, the security deposit will be refunded on your bank account within 1 week, less deduction of anything missing or damaged.

Final Cleaning
The final cleaning is always done by Oltarent. The costs form final cleaning can vary per accomodatipn and if there is a ped during the stay.

Down Payment
The down payment constitutes 30% of the total rental price. The remaining sum is to be paid no later than 6 weeks prior to your reserved rental date. If the payment is not made on time you will receive a reminder to pay the rental sum. If the down payment is not received 2 week prior to the stay the rental agreement will be cancelled.The payments made before will not be refunded.

Cancellation conditions
In the event of cancellation 6 weeks or more prior to your reserved rental date, 30% of the booking sum will be due.  In the event of cancellation within 6 weeks of your reserved rental date the entire agreed upon rental sum will be owed. Cancellation insurance is advised.
When you change an existing reservation, we charge 25.00 Euros.

Liability
Use of the holiday property is at ones own risk. The proprietor shall not be held liable for any damages to the rental property by the renter that occurs during said renters stay (per example through negligence or insufficient supervision of children). The renter is herewith obligated to compensate the proprietor for any and all damages by renter and/or his or her fellow residents. The renter is therefore obligated to have damage/loss liability insurance. The renter is obligated to immediately report any damages to the proprietor. For your own safety it is not permitted to have open fires of any kind on the property. You are also required to be careful whilst smoking: ashtrays are required on the terrace.

Oltarent will not be held liable in the event of a power outage, an interruption in the water supply or nuisance caused by excessive noise due to building activities in the area, as it involves circumstances caused by third parties over which Oltarent has no control.
The proprietor is not required to compensate you if you choose to arrive later or depart early from the holiday property.

Stay
If upon arrival shows that you are with more persons than mentioned in the rental agreement, or during the rental period there are staying more people in the house / apartment or overnight than booked / paid, you have to leave the house / apartment immediately. You have no right to restitution of the rental sum.

Pets
Small pets are permitted only after consultation and approval of the owner.

Linen
The use of linen is mandatory; you will receive them upon arrival. Depending of the property you have to pay for the linen.
